Madison Spine & Physical Therapy
is a physical therapist owned practice. We are conveniently
located throughout northern Bergen County, NJ with offices
in New Milford, Westwood, Montvale, Tenafly and Old Tappan.
We are open Monday through Friday from
7am to 8:30 pm and Saturday from 8:00 – 2:00 pm. We
accept every insurance plan!
