Osteoporosis Exercise Class

If you have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis or struggle to exercise with arthritis or joint replacements, Madison Spine and Physical Therapy’s Osteoporosis Exercise Class may be for you! The class will feature a stretching and strengthening program, including low impact aerobics, resistance exercises with free weights and tai chi based warm-up.

Classes are held on Thursday at 10 am at our Montvale office which is located at 21 Philips Parkway in Montvale NJ. Registration for 6 classes is $60 payable at the first class. Please call (201) 907-0005 to register.
