What are your office hours?
We are open Monday- Friday, 7AM - 8PM, Saturdays from 8AM - 2PM

How long will my appointment last?
First appointments are generally 1 hour, follow up appointments are generally 45 minutes to an hour.

What will I have to pay?
At your first visit, you will be informed of your insurance benefits and your office co-pay.

Do I need a prescription for physical therapy?
State law does not require a prescription to be seen by a physical therapist, but your insurance company may require one in order to receive benefits.

What should I wear?
Bring loose, comfortable clothing and footwear, suitable for exercising.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your insurance card and your physical therapy prescription from your doctor. Medical records and radiology reports are not necessary but may be helpful to your therapist.

What conditions do you treat?
We treat all orthopaedic and neurological conditions, as well as conditions related the prenatal/ postpartum period, incontinence and conditions of the pelvic floor and pediatric conditions.
